His mother Pushpa Ahuja Anand is the sister of Bollywood superstar Govinda. Popular television actors Krushna Abhishek and Ragini Khanna are his cousins. Vinay Anand is married to South India’s popular actress Simran’s sister Jyoti Anand. Vinay Anand also has 3 kids.
Vinay Anand completed his education at Mithibhai College (Mumbai). It is estimated that Vinay Anand has appeared in over 60 Hindi and Bhojpuri movies. He is best known for his role in family comedy drama ‘Aamdani Attani Kharcha Rupaiyaa. His maternal uncle Govinda also acted in this movie. Vinay Anand made his debut as lead role in Bollywood movie Sautela (1999). He also starred in other Hindi movies like Lo Main Aaa Gaya (1999), Jahan Jaayega Hamen Paaeyega (2007), Dil Ne Phir Yaad Kiya (2001), etc. He also starred in the superhit Bhojpuri movie called Maai Ke Kaarz (2015).
