India Ahead is an English-language news channel that is broadcast both in India and abroad. The Andhra Prabha Media Group is the owner and promoter of this channel. Launched in June 2018, India Ahead has its headquarters based in Hyderabad that comes in the Indian state of Telangana. Also, the channel studies are located in Hyderabad and Delhi.
The India Ahead news channel covers the latest news in business, sports, entertainment, and current affairs. More so, the channel includes views from an Indian and International standpoint.
Moreover, the India Ahead news channel is hailed for being the first English news channel to be beamed from South India.
Chetan Sharma, in his role as the Founding CEO and Editorial Director, was leading India Ahead from the front. However, during June 2020, the senior management team of India Ahead was reshuffled by Mootha Gautam; he is the Managing Director of the Andhra Prabha Group.
Later, Chetan Sharma moved on, and since then, the channel has appointed new senior management officials.
As part of the new arrangement, Sudeep Mukhia became the Group President, News Room Operations and Editorial Strategies.
