Pawan Singh is a Bhojpuri film and media personality along with a fine actor and a wonderful playback singer. He was born on 5 January 1986 in Arrah, Bihar. He was married to Neelan Singh who eventually committed suicide due to unknown reasons at their home on 8 March 2015. Later on, Pawan Singh married Jyoti Singh in 2018.
Pawan Singh began his career in the Bhojpuri film industry with his debut movie ‘Rangli Chunariya Tohre Naam’ in 2007. He went on to deliver more Bhojpuri hits like Bhojpuriya Daroga (2008), Tu Jaan Hau Hamaar (2009), Daraar (2010), Rangbaj Daroga (2011), Jung (2012), Raja (2019), etc.
Pawan Singh is also a renowned vocalist and a famous playback singer in the Bhojpuri film industry. His first music album ‘Odhaniya Wali (1997) was released when he was a kid. Moreover, his most popular Bhojpuri albums are Kaanch Kasailli (2005) and Lollypop Lagelu (2008). His singing skills were greatly admired by the audience and Bhojpuri film fraternity. Pawan Singh was also awarded the Best Male Singer Award in the International 2016 Bhojpuri Film Awards.
Apart from acting and singing in Bhojpuri films and music albums, Pawan Singh is also a promising politician in Bihar. In 2014, he joined BJP.
